Tsinghua University Graduate Students Come To Our Company For Visits And Exchanges

On the afternoon of February 6, 2023, a group of 13 graduate students from Tsinghua University Shenzhen International Graduate School visited the company for exchange. Mr. Zhang Dabing, the chairman, warmly welcomed the arrival of Tsinghua students and provided a detailed introduction to the company's current development plan. He also elaborated on the company's factory planning and construction and explained the domestic and foreign market environment of the industry as well as the demand for professional talents.

Subsequently, an in-depth discussion was conducted around the direction of employment development and industry choices. Starting from the personal employment plans and majors of Tsinghua students, the chairman answered the questions raised by the students in combination with the current industry demand for talent and local talent policies. The chairman also introduced the company's strength in research and development and employment advantages in the company. He sincerely invited students to start businesses and find employment in Huai'an and come to Hanbon to showcase their great achievements together.

Prior to the exchange meeting, Mr. Shen Jianzeng, the Director of Administration and Human Resources, accompanied us to visit the separation and purification equipment, library, and assembly process of the purification workshop. During the on-site visit, Mr. Shen detailed that the company integrates research and development, production, and trade. Currently, it is one of the largest liquid chromatography product manufacturers and suppliers in China and is in a leading position in the domestic chromatography industry. And exchanging ideas on the development of enterprises and the employment of students.
